No. You don't need to know anything about technology, programming, or AI. You'll send us your product catalog (can be an Excel file, inventory photos, or a PDF), your Pago Móvil details, and your delivery zones, and our team will handle everything else. We'll configure the AI, train it with your store's information, and connect it to your WhatsApp.

Unlike other systems that check the receipt image — which leaves you vulnerable to fake screenshots — Despacha will validate payments directly with the bank to confirm the money actually reached your account. It will verify the amount, reference, and that the transaction completed successfully. Only when the bank confirms receipt will Despacha mark the sale as paid.
